I managed to finish the 30 days of Kanji now. I only missed one day, though towards the end I didn't manage the practice the earlier Kanji quite as much as I wanted to. But I think I've got a good idea of them now. I just need to make sure I use them to keep from forgetting them. In a previous post I wrote about the idea of doing a post a day for 30 days. I picked Kanji as I knew that I would not run out of content (based on 2000 Kanji there's probably enough to keep me going each month for about 4-5 years).

I'm going to write a simple list of each kanji, the day title links to the post on this site. I had thought about including more details here but I'm going to keep it simple. After the list I will write a little bit more about what I've found from doing this.

EDIT: 2011-10-15 18:03, apologies to anyone that has read this since I posted it, I've managed to make an embarrassing mistake. I some how managed to get most of the Kanji wrong after the first two days. I must have copied them ready to update and done the day numbers but not the Kanji. They are all corrected now.

It's been a good challenge getting this series done. I feel more respect for anyone that has done it for a more complicated topic, like the DMV one I linked to in the previous post . One day I hope to find something in computing that I can also do the series on. For now I am going to concentrate on getting my new project completed. I'll continue to post about the interesting topics I come across while working on my projects.
